These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Accurate Healthcare Staffing SMS messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in or providing your mobile phone number to Accurate Healthcare Staffing, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Accurate Healthcare Staffing SMS Program
Program Description
The Accurate Healthcare Staffing SMS Program sends text messages to healthcare professionals (registered nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare workers) regarding travel and contract assignment opportunities, application status updates, credentialing and licensing reminders, assignment details, recruiter introductions, and related recruitment communications.
Messages may be sent by automated systems, AI-assisted communication tools (which identify themselves as such), and human recruiters at Accurate Healthcare Staffing.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to the Program through any of the following:
- Submitting your contact information on AccurateHCS.com via a contact form, job inquiry, or application that includes consent language for SMS communications.
- Submitting your contact information on TravelNurseSource.com or another Approved Partner Network site whose terms expressly authorize partner agencies (including Accurate Healthcare Staffing) to contact you via SMS.
- Initiating an SMS conversation with an Accurate Healthcare Staffing recruiter by sending a text message to one of our published numbers.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your engagement with our recruiters, your active job search status, and the availability of assignments matching your preferences. You may receive multiple messages per week during active recruitment.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard wireless carrier rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Consult your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Accurate Healthcare Staffing does not charge you for participating in the Program.
How to Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and you will not receive any further SMS messages from that campaign. To opt back in, reply START or contact us at [email protected].
How to Get Help — Reply HELP
Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us using the support information below.
Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent information are not shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your mobile information only with subprocessors (such as Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive.
AI-Assisted Messaging
Some messages in the Program may be sent by AI-assisted tools. AI-assisted messages will identify themselves as such in the initial communication. AI conversations may be reviewed and continued by human recruiters at Accurate Healthcare Staffing.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
